Summer Program 2008 June 2 - July 18 Sign-up by May 1 to guarantee a free program t-shirt stop by the library, call 689-5894, or register online (click on the magic mail icon)

Toddlers through 6th graders are welcome to join us as we "catch the reading bug" at the library with crafts, games, snacks, and educational presentations. As in the past, our program concludes with Water Fun Week - July 14-18.

• Monday - Grades 1 & 2 (completed K or 1st grade)
• Tuesday - Grades 3 & 4 (completed 2nd or 3rd grade)
• Wednesday - Toddlers and Preschoolers (ages 2 thru enrolled in Kindergarten)
• Thursday - Toddlers and Preschoolers (ages 2 thru enrolled in Kindergarten)
• Friday - Grades 5 & 6 (completed 4th grade thru enrolled in 7th)

Kids can turn in their book check out receipts each week for prizes to be given away during water fun week.

Computers in the library

The Library has four computers for looking up stuff and playing games. The computers have Encarta Encyclopedia and Atlas. Games include Arthur, Barney, Cat in the Hat, and many others. Computers may be used by anyone with a Tyson Library Card. The Internet is accessible on the children's computer only with parental supervision.  (Tyson Library Computer Use Policy)
